Work seemed fine but you had my car for almost 3 days. I appreciated the rental but I had to call you both days to determine the status of my car and hear that it would not be done that day. It would have been nice to hear that from you by 4 pm do I could figure out my day. Otherwise my car seems better and the service was good. One more comment. Nathan was very good and helpful (in person) but the older tall guy that works at the counters is very rude and crass. Every day I was there he looked angry and inconvenienced by customers. I would not have him up front if it were my business.

The airbags were installed, but the passenger airbag dash panel was not completely reinstalled. I went back to the service department to inform them of this error, and a technician quickly responded and had the panel fully installed in less than 30 seconds.

Tyler is the man. Far exceeded any dealer experience I’ve ever had. I brought a Jeep in that was going to be my sons birthday present. It wasn’t running. Tyler cared about getting it on the road as much as I did. I could not be happier with his service.

I just wish they more detailed about what's done to your vehicle. Be more informative.that way show some sincerity of your business. Other done that my experience was awesome except I have someone to drive my car out of parking lot because they park my car too close to the other car..thank you miss. I forgot your name..

My car was in the same place I parked it for 3 hours. When I inquired about it someone said "that's not your car". The next person who looked at it said"I didn't know you were waiting for it". I sat in your waiting room from 9:40 to 4:00, for a repair that took about 30 minutes and cost me $400. My time is worth something too.

Chris at the front desk was helpful.it took me a month to get an appointment. I dropped my new car off on Monday was told the guy had to leave due to a family issues. I was told that he would come back the next day and fix it. So I dropped it off the next day. He never made it to my car because he didn’t show up until the afternoon. She said I could bring it back Monday and get it fixed and then I got a call that said he would be in on Friday so I came in then. As far as I can tell it got fix only took until early evening to do so. The staff does not like to acknowledge people in the lobby and have a get to you when I am done mentally. If not for being under warranty I would never come back to get service down or recommend anyone going there.
