Had service work done. Changed oil, filters and topped off fluids. Tires were rotated, but the tire pressures weren’t adjusted. Recalled to change water pump. Two days later while towing my 5th wheel trailer to Ocean Shores, the low coolant warning kept coming on. After parking the trailer, I drove into town and the low coolant warning was still coming on. Don’t know if the fluid level didn’t get filled properly or there is a leak somewhere as a result of the water pump work.

My Ram is in need of a engine water pump. The recall was sent to me in Dec. I was told, at my inquiry, that when the new water pump was available I would be notified. This week I was informed that my engine water pump needs to be replaced and one will be ordered in. I feel that the replacement should have been on hand in the parts department at West Hills. No car wash, no vacuum the inside of the truck. The explanation was that the way bats were removed to add lift to work on cars... Ah the almighty $ at work. Busch league. Sure your customer service representative was nice but they all are, go the extra step to make me want to repeat my purchases with West hills.

Usually they clean the inside, sweep or vacumn, clean windows ; noticed that none of these were done. . ?? Otherwise it was ok .

Everyone that I waa in contact with, was so very nice. Vwry patient and understanding with me. I couldnt have asked for a more friendlier staff. Kristyn was exceptionally nice and sweet. As I had my granddaughter with me and she was so wonderful and interacted with her, where some others would have just ignored her.
