He greeted me when I walked in the door and was very pleasant. My Jeep was completed in the time he said it would be. He also went over the key points on the vehicle inspection. In the 2 1/2 years I’ve had the Jeep, it’s the first time this has ever happened. The other times I’ve come in for service, nobody has acknowledged that I’m there. All it takes is acknowledgment when a customer enters and a “Hello, we’ll be right with you.” Keep Kyle, he’s good!

I have been very unhappy with your service department in the past to the extent that I have consideredb getting my service dine in Tacoma. Much to surprise, this service was a complete turnaround. From the scheduler to Tyler to the service technician, everything could not have been better. I will be open to trying you forb service again in the future. Tyler was perfect.

Except: I was told I needed brakes, and I said I check my schedule make an appointment. I took my card somewhere else and ask him for an estimate on my brakes they took my car in and took the tires off and came back and said your brakes are fine for a while there at number seven and you’re fine, Chrysler said they were at number three so I’m going to wait a while to get my brakes done

Besides the 3 hour wait for a 20 min job "which I do understand" I really appreciated the employees following my special requests. Recall was fixed and my truck was handled with care! I will be back if I ever need dealer ship work. Thanks again west hills!!

Truck was delivered earlier than the hour time allotted for the repair. Additional cost of key cutting (key fob was replaced and reprogramed) was absorbed by WHCJD and was appreciated by the customer. Technician walked out with customer to the vehicle to ensure repairs were completed to customers satisfaction!
