Krystyn Giles is a very personable and professional individual who treated me with respect and addressed my concerns about my truck. This was my first time at your dealership and her demeanor made me feel completely at ease and comfortable having my vehicle serviced. As soon as I left I started having issues with my car and it completely died on the side of the road and I now have to have it towed to get it fixed.

There was some discrepancy, as far as what we Had negotiated when we were purchasing the truck. The oil change information wasn’t the same that we were given at the time of purchase. The service department wanted to charge us extra for the special diesel oil. The sales manager who took care of us, because of the attitude the salesman had with us, gave us this as part of the oil change. Because we talked about that special part of the truck, which we did not have on the diesel that we were trading in. So we would like to get that part cleared up so there’s not an issue each time we come in to have the oil change that was negotiated when we purchased the truck. Thank you Angelo C

You may want to inform your customers that when you give them a free car wash coupon, and the vehicle that they have brought in is a dually truck, and that's really not going to fly. After I pick my truck up this morning I drove over there got in line and then was informed that they couldn't do a dually, other than that happy with the service on my truck

Tire pressures were not reset after rotation. Front tires on 2500are supposed to be 65 and rear 80. Now my front ties are at 80 and rear are at 65, and i have a tire pressure warning. This lack of attention to detail is very disconcerting. One mistake can ruin an engine and cost your business thousands of dollars. Do you wat to fix it? If so it will cost you for my time and fuel. Also i have been waiting a year for the water pump recall. Maybe i should have bought from another dealer. Ive spent over 250,000 at your dealership, i know you can do better.
