Kyle was so helpful when he realized I usually get synthetic oil, but got regular oil, he offered to do the next oil change with synthetic free of charge. That is good service! Thank you!

Everything that the vehicle went in for did not get complete and now we are having to schedule hopefully just one more return trip and not multiple ones. I personally think this due to the lack of communication between the departments.

I am unhappy with the service dept. They are either overwhelmed or lack attention to detail. They are missing the simple things like resetting the oil life after a change. You need to figure out how to mitigate those risks

Due to my schedule and work hrs, I leave specific contact information on my overnight drop paperwork. I appreciate this being followed as a call to the wrong number leaves me without transportation. Though Krys was apologetic on the phone, many thanks to Paul Long for securing a rental to avoid me being stranded. I have more maintenance in the near future, avoiding another mishap in communication would be appreciated.

Ms Giles could not have been kinder. But Chrysler and the dealer in Kirkland where I originally purchased the vehicle have more or less robbed me. I purchased a pre paid service contract on the vehicle for close to two thousand dollars. There was absolutely no mention of the fact it had an expiration date. I am a fairly low mileage driver and was just bring the vehicle in for it 35000 mile service. WHICH I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, I thought. I am sure the fine print says what Chrysler says it does. But there is a less than ZRO chance I will ever purchase another Chrysler vehicle, EVER.

I used to get the old parts that were replaced when I’d take my car in for service in the past at another dealer. I liked that I could see that it was “my” air filters they replaced and didn’t just show me some junky air filters that they show everyone just to oversell parts. I have this faint feeling I’m being scammed.
