Krystin was very helpful, my car took longer than expected and it was more expensive than I expected, however; krystin was very helpful and accommodating. I was very impressed with her customer service. I was scheduled for two days and it ended up 3 days, she handel d everything great.

When I got in my vehicle to drive off after my service it smelled so bad inside like someone leaked diesel in the cab of the truck. I got a head ache from it. I suspect diesel got on the techs shoes and tracked inside to the drivers side floor mat. Maybe next time the service folks can be a bit more cleaner on my next visit.

The technician performed a safety check neglected to find that the right passenger tail light was out and checked it off OK on all exterior lights. That is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Great service! Mr. Cannon was very professional throughout the whole process and kept me up to date on everything with my vehicle. He even went out of his way to get me a quote on some body work. The technician that worked on my vehicle also did a great job. That persons craftsman ship is evident in the fact that all areas where he would’ve had to remove components to fix the issue were all put together perfectly and tightly just like new. Very pleased with my service from west hills.
