Due to the lack of communication between your service writers, they waisted my time. They told me the truck was ready for pick up even when all the service was not complete. But in reality it was complete. So I drove down to pick it up and noticed that two recalls were not accomplished so I wasted more time and got another rental and then they called the next morning stating that the recalls were all done. So I wasted more time yesterday and was able to pick up the truck with all the service complete. Please communicate better!!!!

I believe my steering gear repair is under warranty. Was replaced in Sept 2016 and noted as leaking (by West Hills Dodge) during my May 2018 oil change. I had to pay for the repair today and told I need to wait until Ricky gets back or call Chrysler.

It took a little longer than hoped (2 hrs instead of 1-1.5 hrs), but the service member found a way to reduce my cost $30-$50 for a diesel truck oil change. He could have just kept the profit, especially as I’m a traveler and won’t be back again, anyway. BTW, I gifted the 3rd oil change coupon to the local folks who recommended your shop. Thanks!
