The actual work completed (Oil change and OCR reboot) were perfect and we have no complaints there. However, when we dropped the truck off, we asked for front tire mud flaps to be installed. They were not installed :( We were not charged for them, but were very disappointed that after requesting them, they were "over looked".

I dropped off my Jeep very really In the morning ( before work) hoping to have the oil change done by the time I got off work; that didn’t happen. It took 2 days to get an oil change. That is unacceptable.

It took over three hours before my vehicle even entered your shop for service that I SCHEDULED. It was four hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. It would have been longer had I not called to inquire, learning only then that my vehicle had not even been STARTED at that point. There is a reason people make appointments. You have failed me twice on scheduled service, the only two times I have used your service center. I am beyond upset and dissatisfied completely.
