Waited in the waiting area for 2 hour for an oil change, when I finally asked about my vehicle I was told it was done and they never notified me. Also never consulted about additional work that was needed and not preformed. First time at this location and not happy with the service. I was happier driving to kirkland to get service and after this experience might go back to doing that verse the horrible customer service I got at this location. Service person who checked me in seemed inconvenienced when I checked in and wasn’t help in answering questions about the service package I have through dodge. Overall service sucked and you wasted 2 hours of my day because of it. Thanks. Kyle H

The gentleman by the name of Paul in service was down right SPECTACULAR!!! I'm a disabled veteran and he went out of his way to help me get my RAM repaired and back to me.Great people person, kind!, caring. Thank you

The engine light is still on after the PCM was installed. I didn’t want to have the 85000 mile service completed until I could make sure the engine light was going to stay because I may need to spend money on another issue that’s causing the engine light to be on.

Very professional! Did everything to insure I was taken care of in a timely and respectful manner. He is the main reason I will be recommending my friends and family to purchase their next vehicle with west hills! I bought a new truck through you guys and within days the ECM was throwing codes to indicate a possible failure with the boost control module and an eminent failure with the turbo. I was stressed out because we just bought it. I brought it in and James calmed me down and insured he would do what it takes to get my truck in the road again. Thanks again! 5 Star service.

I was told that my Jeep was fixed and I payed for the “fix” and when I went to leave, my Jeep was not fixed when I started to drive off. So I had to turn it back in to get fixed for the original problem again.
