Kristyn kept me informed via e-mails and I appreciated that extra effort.
Good job,
Richard J. Rossell
Zack was great to work with. He listened to me and went out of his way to make sure my Chrysler was taken care of. I appreciate his professionalism.
I was thoroughly satisfied with the courteous and throughly thoroughly professional experience.
I like Paul. He's knowledgeable, patient and takes time to explain "things".
Thank you for a much quicker than expected wait time, and will be glad to keep bringing my van in for service needs.
No problem with David - hes the messenger. However, I was very disppointed with the service. I brought my jeep to fix an oil leak. Paid $135 for an inspection. Authorized the recommend fix for $1200. Vehicle was still leaking. Brought it back to be informed there was anotherleak that would cost approx. $2k to fix. Of course I didnt authorize. Will not return for service ever, or recommend to family or friends. I will take my jeep elsewhere in the future.
I spoke to the service manager regarding my issues .
If you bring in a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation, one would assume the folks there would understand what to do. They had my car all day. To get it back without the tires rotated? Attention to detail is what brings your customers back. Having to wait another hour - inexcusable. There were no appologies. Just an offer to get the tires rotated tomorrow. Really? I had to insist it was done while I wait.
Krys is a total professional!
She is smart, her customer service is the best!! A pleasure to work with.
You people always do a great job. Thank you. Brad W
She did a great job had me in out quickly and in a timely fashion.
Perfect love what you folks do. I’ll miss you guys when I head east for my next duty station.
My tailgate will open now ! Thanks so much????
Thank you for getting the car ready for pickup after hours.
I really appreciate the honesty and that no one took advantage of me. Your staff was wonderful. I appreciated the shuttle service as it took so long to complete the evaluation on my car and my son had to leave town and could not bring me to pick up the car. I have to say the shuttle driver scared the hell out of me and drove around aimlessly, trying to operate the phone while driving, missing his turn and turning around in traffic, stopping traffic both ways. He thought the work phone died and could not figure out how to answer it. I finally pushed button on the dash, but he thought he was hearing things on his personal phone. He kept complaining how it was a bad day and he was supposed to be off at 5:00 and didn’t know why they scheduled these pick ups so late.
Outstanding service... I am impressed by this service team every time I bring my truck in to have it worked on!
David was awesome I liked how he took me outside to get my car and asked if I had any questions . Almost asked him to lunch lil
I’m disappointed in your customer service. I bought my car there late last year and had 5 oil changes in my package. First, when I got there both workers were with a customer so I’m waiting (with my 7 month old niece). One worker becomes available and I assume had seen me waiting to be helped. Then another family walks through the door and he directs them over to him to get them checked in. Meanwhile I’ve been waiting for 7-10 minutes. I finally get helped and I tell them just an oil change and my wiper, I was not asked like the family before me if they could do a tire rotation so I assume it was understood it was just for an oil change and wiper blades change. He tells me it will be an hour and the other worker tells the other that I was there first and to do my car before the other family, which I appreciated. So I wait for my car to be done, I walk around and then say in the waiting area. An hour goes by and the family that had walked in after me was just told their car was finished. They got the same services as I did. And I was told my car would be another 20 minutes. So I wait 20 minutes and no one has informed me if my car was finished or not and then I waited 15 more minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt. Meanwhile my niece is getting fussy and now I have to figure out if someone can pick up my other niece from school bc I was supposed. I waited 2 hours total for my car to be finished with no other communication after I was told it would be another 29 minutes and finally I go up and ask what is going on and was told they were pulling my car up. It took 15 minutes to pull my car up. So after being tolled twice that the service would take ONE hour it turned into 2 hours and 15 minutes. This exact thing has happened to me two times now. This oil change and my previous oil change. If the worker had just told me it y’all were backed up and it would’ve taken 2 hours , great at least I wouldn’t have expected my car to be done in one hour and waited another trying to figure out where my car is. It’s very frustrating to have things planned after my oil change which I had assumed would be done in an hour because that’s what I was told and that all changing because of no reason I was told. Not only did the appointments take longer than expected with little to no communication but both times my car has had an issue after I got my car back.
