Aaron Citizen did a wonderful job helping me today. However, the young man (didn’t catch his name) that applied the Perma Plate missed several areas of the truck. When I pointed it out, he told me it was the first time doing it and that it was intimidating. I asked him to go back and finish the job. I am concerned that it wasn’t applied correctly and that I may have problems down the road. I think the young man should have been supervised. He should have also asked how to do the coating correctly if unsure.

What is the point in quoting a price if it isn't the price. Tax is one thing. But trying to slide in shop supply and other fees...just shady. Be up front with all cost. Myself or anyone else should not have to call you out on this. The service rep. did make it right.

Still scuff mark on hood & scratch by the gas cover & lousy job on the perma plate also still water marks on car !!!!!!! Not happy I should have taken it to a professional shop I won’t be using your detail service again I wasted one thousand dollars makes me sick

It was a series of events, not a big deal when parts not available, I understand, it was the lug but that was stripped, I was told the stud was broken , got the truck home and took a look, the stud was not broken, it was the nut that was crossed threaded probably result off using power tools to re install the lug nut, I just had new tires installed the day before I dropped off the truck. Could have at least tried to re thread with a die. Anyways, I also found an extra screw on passenger side mat, goes somewhere but I don’t see where. The advisor Steve was great. Thanks

I felt like the service I brought my vehicle in for took to long to do. It was 1 hour 45 minutes for a scheduled oil change/ tire roatation.
