I had to wait about 3-4 weeks for an opening just for my first service (5000+ miles, tire rotation, etc). When I got there, I asked for a detail as well. When asked if I was going to stay at the dealership to wait, I said I would. When I asked about long I can expect it to be, I was told roughly 35-45 min for the oil change and about 20 min for the detail. Ok cool. TWO HOURS LATER, the service guy comes to me, apologetic, and says that the detail was on them and that he would just email my receipt to me. He was very sweet and realized how long I had been waiting. I couldn't imagine how long it would have been if I had just showed up. But for a scheduled appointment?? And the detail was done half-assed, with trash from y'all (wheel shower cap, floor paper, and paper in the dashboard), with dust and dirt still on the gear shift and inside the center console. Also, just as a sidenote, I am visibly VERY pregnant. If I had known it was going to take longer than what was quoted, I would have made other arrangements. I know you guys pride yourselves on being the biggest Toyota, but I'd rather the goal be to have better service. Quality over quantity.

Chase was great and the service was great. My only concern is the price amount that you guys charge for some replacement parts/labor needed. For example; you guys were going to charge me 131 dollars for a replacement low beam bulb and labor. I bought the same exact bulb from O’Reily Auto Parts and their guy working the parts counter offered to put it in for free. The whole trip cost me 16 dollars competed to 131. All my wife and I have ever owned are Toyota’s. She has owned a 4 runner, a venza, a Camry, another 4 runner, and now owns a sequoia while I own a Tundra. This is frustrating that I, who drove an hour to just to make sure I take my truck to a Toyota specialist, had to make another trip for a light bulb less than 3 minute install to save 115 bucks. That doesn’t register to me as taking care of the people who take care of y’all.
