When I got my car back the interior replacement windshield was dirty inside & out. It had sticky residue & was filthy. They gave me back my car without cleaning it/ wiping it down, which seems very unprofessional. Given that is why I was having the car serviced. I also had to point out marks that were scuffed on the outside of my car, which was apparently from the tape or something to do with the windshield. It was on both sides of the front of my car. They also were supposed to vacuum the car before it left the lot when I bought it. They did not. The previous owner owned a dog and there was short hairs all within the seats. I don’t own a dog & am allergic. They did vacuum it today. But, I still saw some hairs when I just got it back, so I guess I will have to vacuum it myself. It’s very unfortunate that the customer service wasn’t up to the standards I would expect from a dealership. I will be taking my business to other Toyota dealerships moving forward.
David does a great job of communicating when emailed or called on phone.

David went over everything that was being done to my car. He also told me I would need new tires. He printed out three quotes for me to look at to decide on the tires I could get. I like the fact that he gave me options to choose from. Great Customer Service!!!
The staff that receives the cars outside, is not friendly. I went two days in a row and on both days I got people who forgot to smile and treat customers with courtesy. They weren't rude, but they weren't friendly. Inside, everything changes. I have been going to Longo for a long time and it is the first time that has happened to me. They also deliver the car half washed. They should do it as before and deliver the cars totally clean.
El personal que recibe los carros afuera, no es amable. Fui dos dias seguidos y en ambos me consegui a personas que se les olvidó sonreir y tratar con cortesía a los clientes. No fueron groseros, pero no amables. Adentro, todo cambia. Tengo Mucho tiempo yendo a Longo y es la primera vez que me pasa. Tambien entregan el carro a medio lavar. Deberian hacerlo como antes y entregar los carros totalmente limpios.

Weston and the gentleman next to him who suggested disconnecting my battery for 10min may fix the problem I was coming in rather than immediately charging me the $99 diagnostic fee. Unfortunately, this did not fix the problem, but I am throughly impressed with the integrity and customer service in a time where customer service doesn’t seem to be valued!! Weston was sure to keep me updated on the vehicles progress and findings. Thank you for restoring my faith in car dealerships! :)
