They did a good job with everything except this is the second time I've left after a car wash with some of the car wash straps caught in my bike rack on top of my car. Had to stop again on 380 to pull the 2 left there out. Just make sure to check them is all I suggest! Great service, very friendly. No problem other than that.

Kenneth is really great! Your service manager could use some coaching on how communicate with customers. Was not happy with how the door was repaired but Kenneth is taking care of it, just inconvenienced with having to now deal with this over several visits. I’ve been offered nothing for my time.

I arrived on time for my appointment and went inside and sat down. After about 30 minutes of not being called up to check in I went and asked what the deal was. I was told they took my car back with out talking to me. But I assumed this meant my service was started so I wasn't worried another 30 minutes later my service rep finally called me up and told me he didn't know I was there and insinuated that I had done something to make him believe that.on top of that 1 hour in I was informed that they hadn't even started service on my vehicle. I was told there was a back up. But i had no opportunity to be told how long it would take to get my car serviced because no one checked in with me. So I spent 2 hours of my day off sitting around when had I known that things were running behind I could have arranged a ride so I could go back home and enjoy my day.
I have been a loyal longo customer and am honestly surprised by this experience of terrible customer service. I can only hope this does not become a regular problem.
