Kenneth was very helpful. He even contacted the tire policy company and was able to get my claim applied quickly. He was able to get my tire changed in less than an hour. Great job!

I scheduled an appointment about a week in advance and indicated on my request online that I needed a new tire(s). If tires for my car are not kept on hand, why have me come drop off my car to find out later that I needed a new tire, which I already knew, and to tell me that a tire will need to be ordered? Now I will need to wait 8 days for the tire to arrive and take time from work (again) to have it put on. Then, I get home to find out that the tire with the nail has been taken off and the donut was put on. NEVER was I informed of this. I assumed the tire was left on since nothing was communicated. I commute 45 mins to work and back home each day all on the highway/ tollway. Driving on an donut for 8 days like that is not feasible. Basically, I could have gone to Discount Tire and had the tire patched for free and been done, which would have been a much better day experience than all of this.
