I have had this gentleman twice and both times were awful!! He always has an excuse for why it takes so long to get me checked out. I sat there today for about 20 minutes, actually looking at my truck so I knew it was finished, and once again I had to go ask to be checked out. He never did show up. Last time he said he was sorry but he had to talk to his boss that it was important. I’m sorry but I don’t think that needs to be done on the customers time. I will probably never be back. We were very excited to have Toyota in prosper but I guess we will be going elsewhere.
