Chris was standing outside in that ‘breezeway’ as though he was waiting just for me.???? He was very outgoing and informative. He made sure I fully understood what was going to happen with my car today. He even, helped me get tea ????. Coming to Longo is always a good experience.
He had a genuinely authentic helpful attitude with the problem I had with my air conditioner and was quite kind.

I believe I have had both of my toyota serviced at least once with each and everyone of your service advisors and I tell ya, the entire staff is truly exceptional. Now if o only you had a better price for your alignment jobs you would be perfect. ????
David is an awesome service drive manager! Polite and professional at all times, and he does a great job explaining things. We are long time Longo customers (previously in California) and are so happy to be able to continue our excellent relationship with them here in Texas!!

I received this message four times.
Dakota was great and very helpful. However, I was in the week before and had to reschedule my maintenance appointment per my request. The service person did not offer a loan vehicle even though my appointment would take several hours. Also, your car washes are terrible. You could at least wipe off the windshields. Very disappointed with customer service thus far. I expected more with my Land Cruiser purchase. Should have purchased elsewhere.
