Chris was amazing! Answered any and all questions. My husband works for Toyota and we’re constantly spreading Longos name!! The only thing I could complain about was the country music today!! You all need a “ variety.”

I had a reservation for 8:00 am, and I arrived on time. I was told the service appointment would take 1-1/2 hours, so I decided to wait in the lounge. It took an entire hour longer than I was told, and I wasn’t given any updates.
