This survey looks extremely outdated and not reflective of the experience I had with Longo, nor the Toyota brand. I guess Toyota is going for an old school look and feel.

Francisco provides outstanding customer service. Very friendly, attentive and explained everything and the process in complete details. I was very happy with the phenomenal customer service he provided. Please make sure he knows he is doing an amazing job and to keep up the great work.
I waited an hour for my service advisor to approach me. I thought he was coming up to tell me the work had already been done. I was having a tire replaced.
