I was charged over $150 for 25,000 mi service because I was more than 1000 miles over even though my vehicle service reminder(programmed by Longo at last service ) just went off yesterday saying “ service vehicle soon) . I bought my truck from Lonestar Toyota but have had most service done at Longo - thought inshouldve at least received a reminder if there’s a mismatch between my actual service cvg and the programmed service date -
Francisco is awesome always takes care of me when I come in for service. Always explains everything very well and is always friendly.
I loved the Longo teddy bears put in the kids car seats. I didn’t notice them until I picked up the little ones and it absolutely made their day. Nice touch!
