First time service with our Kia Van. Doug took excellent care of me including texting me video of the leak showing the part that needed replaced. Never seen that before, and I appreciated it greatly. I will be taking all our cars to Longo Toyota from now on.

My check engine light and track light is on, I also needed to have an oil change. When I receive my car back I asked about the check engine light I was told to take it to an AutoZone and have it hooked up to see what was wrong with it. The appointment was for an oil change and the check engine light. It’s not the service I’m used to receiving. I understand if it was a busy day and asked to come back but I just felt like I was shoved off

I don’t want this to reflect poorly on Doug. He was outstanding. However, the blinking light the driver side was to be repaired and it still is broken.
