I came in to get a key fob for my Tundra. I was charged for a new key that I didn’t need and was told they accidentally gave me the key fob so they didn’t charge for the fob. The key fob was a third of the cost of the key. I asked how to use the remote start feature that my truck had, after several failed attempts I was told that the truck did not have that feature and that It must have been removed. After arriving at home I researched how to use remote start feature and the remote start that I was told I didn’t have works fine. I feel more training is needed for the employees. Aside from that I was treated amazing, everyone was very nice and the dealership has a great atmosphere.
