I just found out that you charged my wife $90.00 for an oil change. That is very high under any standard. I guess I need to return to using pat lobb toyota for my service needs.

Francisco was the nicest, friendliest service person I have ever had at a car dealership. Today's experience far exceeds any other that I ever had. I was given an honest assessment of my car amd not sold something that I did not need. The shuttle drivers were also very jice and accomodating.
