I am very overall happy with Weston he is a great guy who is always willing to help and listen to your concerns and implement a solution, I definitely liked my experience at Longo in prosper, its better than my experience with the Toyota McKinney location Which is closer to me.
Went in for a state inspection for registration at 3:00. Had a promise time of 3:45. After receiving a text that my truck was ready to be picked up, they still hadn’t started my inspection. I finally was able to leave with my truck at 4:45. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes and it ended up taking 2 hours.

Doug is always so pleasant to work with. He is always so truthful and that is hard to find to feel comfortable when bringing in your vehicle for service

Overall, Weston was great and very helpful. However, I called after dropping my car off and asked to be called BEFORE my brake fluid was changed because I wanted to confirm that it actually needed to be changed. So perhaps this request was not properly communicated to Weston. However, I never got a call and when I picked up my car and asked about the break fluid I received a weak reason why. And I quote “the brake fluid was slightly discolored”. It feels like this wasn’t the most honest answer and as though I did not actually need my break fluid changed today. As in, I could have waited a little longer and would have loved to not have had to spend money on this service. Either way, next time, I would love to be involved in the decision making on services being done to my vehicle. Thanks.

My service was not completed a asked new battery and get an old battery. I am very upset. I don't understand why this happen i am not happy with the results the battery that is in my vehicle appears to be the same one that has been in my vehicle.
I specifically said I have a slow leak in my tire I need fixed. It was not fixed and is now leaking faster.
