David was great. He was expedient and courteous. I fully intend to make sure he’s my service rep going forward.
It took over an hour and a half to do a simple 22k maintenance that cost $258 and I was recommended to replace a perfectly fine car battery & wipers, which I had to initial paperwork for declining.
The car wash service left my car dirtier and with more water spots than when I arrived. Not to mention that the drivers seat was moved and not returned to its original setting.
I’ve taken several of my cars for service there, as I worked at Toyota of Plano and value the GM, Tony Pan.
But based on today’s experience, I will be going back to TOP!
I told the service manager that I had hazard damage on my tires. He said he did not see it. I called Patt Lobb where I bought the tires and he said I had it. He said to tell him to look at the KIS. He looked at it aints rae that I had it. I had to do his job for him
