David and his team were great,offered to come to my home to look at no start condition,eventually replaced the battery at the dealership.....great service!
I spend 4 hrs waiting for my breaks to be finished. I was estimated 2 hrs. Granted I gave 30 min over the estimated time before checking my status only to find out that they had to pick up the part elsewhere. If I was notified from the beginning that you didn't have the parts in stock in the first place I would have been fine. But I have a daughter that was waiting on me. I wasted my time there because noone had told me the situation ahead of time.
