When I picked up my car the steering wheel immediately felt “off” to me. Upon inspection there is a tear about an inch long in the leather covering that I’m guessing accidentally happened during service.

David went above and beyond while taking care of my car! My car had an unexpected issue on Saturday and he stayed late to make sure that all the issues were handled. He was helpful in recommending fixes to some tech app issues I’ve been having with the Camry as well.
