What was promised to be repaired in several days, took a week to complete. The parts were ordered and we were told “a couple of days” for the parts to arrive. We appreciate that Longo provided us with a rental while our truck was being repaired. In summary, the a.c was not cooling. We got the truck back a week later and although it was so nice to feel that cool air on my face, it isn’t so nice to hear a loud, whistling sound coming from the a.c unit. That piercing sound was never there before the repair. Dissatisfied we were... we took the truck back immediately to see if Longo can do something about this horrible noise. Unfortunately, we were told that they cannot do anything about this issue. I am unsure if the mechanics even bothered to recheck when we brought it back. Complete satisfaction, we do not feel, as the whistling sound remains (a sound that was never there before). Sincerely, Remy Hebert
