I went to Longo on the recommendation of my son-in-law. Dakota Burns was professional and courteous, explained what repairs needed to be done now and which ones could be done later. The problem with the wheel cover was handled quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. I went to Pat Lobb Toyota for 12 years and will be coming back to Longo for future service and repairs.

I was overwhelmingly satisfied with my service facilitated by Mike Mackiewicz! Mike made sure I was kept informed RE: part ordered, repair time & accommodated me with a car rental to see me through it all! So very personable!

You guys st Longo are always wonderful! David Araujo is the best Service Counselor I have ever worked with and that covers a lot of service experiences.
