Took my 2018 4Runner in for 20k service. Appointment was set for 7:20am Saturday, my car was done by 8:16am. Friendly service, waiting room Looked great (even thou I had my wife pick me up). Will be back.

Doug is always reliable and thorough. I trust him with all our service needs. Doug is why I moved our 2018 4Runner from the dealer we bought it from to Luongo for service. If Doug changes locations, my vehicles will follow him.

Normally I am the one that takes my vehicle in for servicing. However this time I am recuperating from a total knee replacement and I asked my wife to go in and have Longo Toyota to do the 20,000 mile service along with looking at our right rear tire that is requiring air to be put in it every few days. We scheduled an appointment time. My wife arrived at the appointment time and your Service Agent met up with her explaining the details of the 20,000 mile service to be performed and guided her through the process. In addition to maintenance service needing done we had the right rear tire looked at because it was requiring air to be put into it every few days. My wife explained to the service agent that we had a tire protection program and he took care of all of the paperwork and ordered the replacement tire and scheduled a secondary appointment for my wife to come back later that day. The only issue which I had wasn’t the Service Agent‘s fault but the dealership itself for not carrying a replacement tire and being able to handle this without my wife having to return for a second time just to have a tire changed out .
