I filled put a long dealerrater survey that was very indepth. I was very happy with the service and have nothing additional to add.
We weren’t so thrilled when the service advisor and technician said that our vehicle needs a new tire and that it cannot be fixed. We don’t think they even tried to fix it. They just wanted to sell us a new one. We took our car to an outside shop and got it fixed the same day at no extra cost to us. The goal for the service department should be to do what’s in the client’s best interest.

Doug was nothing short of excellent. Professional and respectful. I know nothing about cars except to fill them up with gas and go! Doug didn’t make me feel dumb. I appreciate that. Not in his control but would like to bring it to your attention. My dashboard was not set up the way I brought it in. Bummer. No matter what sequence i use, including reading the instructions, I cannot get my original setting. As I said, totally out of Doug’s hands. He is an asset to Toyota. Any employer would be pleased to have him on their payroll. See you in 5k for next maintenance.
