TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE! To wait in the appointment lane for 20 minutes is Not acceptable. Customer service can make or break you. Drive up customers were treated with more respect than appointment customers. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I really appreciate Doug’s responsiveness and that he quickly scheduled a time for me to bring in my van. He also made sure I was satisfied with the fix (that they had found the noise/vibration that I had started hearing. I always schedule with Doug when I bring my Toyotas in for service because he’s earned my confidence and trust as a customer.
