Doug was prepared and expecting my vehicle. I was greeted, checked in and most importantly, got done in a reasonable amount of time. There does need to be a light, cop, stop sign, something to get across 380 to go east between 3-6pm. It is very dangerous and if you head west there is no easy place to make a u-turn either.

Cisco is the best. Very professional and knows his job. I bought my Toyota from Lone Star Toyita very bad service. The professionalism of Cisco I will be buying my next vehicle at Longo.

Look forward to working again with Doug Ranzer. I’m driving 20 additional minutes for him but he is worth it. My only suggestion would be for the dealership to offer car washes!
