My service advisor provided excellent service. However, I didn’t feel I should have had to pay for a Toyota battery that needed replacement after only a year of use. My service advisor explained the battery was not covered because it was a replacement for my previous battery. That doesn’t make sense to me. The Toyota battery was labeled to have a 5 year warranty.
