The coffee machine at 11 am ish was in great need of being serviced. It was out of a lot of product. Also no cookies as usual. Bathroom soap dispensers out of soap and one was broken. Seems like the management is trying to cut too many corners to make profit. Need better customer service.

I live in downtown Dallas and drive 20+ miles to this location even though there are a couple closer to me because of the service. I truly appreciate all of Kenneth’s effort each time I come out. I will continue to come to Propser Toyota because the service is worth it!

When I came to pick up my keys, I the front desk woman was away and I waited too long before some asked why I was standing at reception. That’s poor service.

I love Kenneth! He is also so professional and makes me feel important when I bring my vehicles in. He really makes the experience a good one. How many people can say that about having maintenance done on their car?! I am thankful we chose Longo to buy our cars from.

I always appreciate the service at Longo. Although, I don’t agree with all of the recommendations I get about some services. But, great service! I am always satisfied after I leave.
