I just dropped my car off again second weekend in a row. Waited for 45 min for someone to check me in. Finally went to desk and asked when I’d be called over and they said they checked me in already so I could leave now. Never actually talked to Doug my service manager. Pretty upset because this is a repeat of last weekend as they messed up my door and it rattles. Power windows do not work anymore and shade is missing. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership.
