I have always received great service at Longo Toyota from drop off to pick up they’ve put together a great team. I especially appreciate being able to have a regular service advisor. Doug is so helpful and a great person to interact with.

I am extremely happy came to LONGO Toyota, exactly what I was expecting,your excellent customer service with Honesty, and service advisor Dakota Burns very nice Gentleman and experienced took care my Car’s problem and repairs what I needed, the Shuttle Staff were very nice to transport me home and back. While you working on my cars..thank you longo Toyota keep it up and keep building your Trust to your Customers, you made to be more a loyal Toyota Customer too.

I had an appointment at 3:00pm on Monday (2-24-20). I go to Toyota at 1:30pm and was checked in. I went and set down waiting to be called up to start the paperwork. Once I was called up I was told it would be a hour to an hour and a half. At the two to two and a half hour mark I was told that 3 technicians had to go home because they were sick to work. My truck then got put on the back burner but they would get it pushed through ASAP “ had the best technician on it”. At 3 hours of waiting my trucks is finally done oh I forgot to mention that everyone that showed up after me has already been through service and long gone. So I was upset and your guy was like we will take care of you on the next one to make up for this experience.I said no worries I won’t be back. I get out to my truck to a half washed truck so at this point I don’t see me coming back to get any work done.

Scheduled an appointment for a simple oil change and i was forced ti wait for more than 2 hours. This is completely absurd and unacceptable.

I would have to say the service was wonderful, But the price of a pair of windshield wipers should not cost $87.00, plus tax, when you’re already making a premium charge for an oil change. -thank you
