In these times I am a small business owner and understand the hardship all businesses are going through but also know dealerships are hard hit as the economy suffers and people neglect their cars first! Though I may pay more I know I pay for price of mind it was done right and the main reason I use Longo Toyota as they have been 100% perfect since I started using them shortly after they opened! Incompetent mechanic and service advisor. I just came in for a 4 wheel alignment. I had already had many suspension parts and all 4 struts replaced before arriving at your service department. The original toyota cam bolts had been installed and the toyota mechanic said he could not align the wheels without replacing the bolts. I contacted my personal mechanic and on his advice canceled the service (for which I was charged $108 anyway). My mechanic looked at it again and couldn’t find anything wrong. I took the 2010 Highlander to Brakes Plus bear my home and they aligned the 4 wheels in 30 minutes never complaining that they needed additional parts. So, no, I am not very happen and feel I deserve a refund of my money from Toyota.
