I was treated amazingly by Dakota and highly impressed with the service.
A towing company broke my key after I was rear ended. Came here to get a quote for a replacement key. Danny in Parts did a great job with helping me. The manager over used car sales and parts also stopped by and was great. Danny printed a quote for my key replacement. I came back the next day to pick up the key and Eden did a great job with explaining everything. Here's where service went down hill. I was helped by Cisco Jimenez in Service. Horrible service. I told him that Eden mentioned that my key replacement could probably be done in 30 minutes and that I should ask when at the service desk. I asked Cisco to check for me. He stated that the minimum time is usually 45 minutes but that he would check. He never came back to tell me anything. An hour and ten minutes later and I go up to the service desk. Cisco was really nice talking to the Hispanic couple in Spanish. When he got to me, not so much. I stated that it had been over an hour. He said that the keys can take long to program sometimes. He called and the car was ready. I'm wondering how long it has been ready. Cisco gave me a different price than the printed quote that I had from the day before. He stated that the additional $5 was for oil and supplies. Not sure why oil would be needed for the key but I told him that quotes should be accurate. It's the reason why I stopped by to get it printed. He told me to give him the printed quote and he would adjust it. After he adjusted the price he sarcastically said, "There I adjusted the price. It saved you an entire 10 cents on your total." I told him that was rude. He didn't care and repeated it again. The accident had already presented so much stress and running around with getting quotes and things fixed. Didn't need the sarcasm and rudeness. Everyone else I encountered there for the two days were great. So the two stars are for them. It took over an hour on a very slow day.
