The lack of communication and understanding about my Supra is simply unacceptable. If it was not for your outstanding Sales team and especially Aaron Kronkiewicz I would never come back. I knew getting this car there would be some first year problems, which is fine, but I have been back and forth several times only to find out that either the wrong service person was there or specific tools weren't there, or that Toyota has specific procedures, etc. My new Supra is still not fixed. The service team does not care. I have bought 2 cars and then returned a lease and sold it and have referred several friends who have bought cars. Live the dealership but you need a new Service Manager and better customer service

I was glad to get an appointment within the week I called to schedule. My only comment is that I had to wait an extra long time for the recall item to be replaced. The service staff was short-handed, only one technician instead of 2 was available to service multiple vehicles. However, the staff were very apologetic about the long wait time.

My only suggestion is when customers first pull up fir their appointment we wait for several minutes before the person employee outside greets us. He just stands there with his iPad and we never know if we should wait, go inside or what. The employ outside could greet customers when they arrive even if it is just to say please wait with you car I will be with you shortly. It just feels like customers are ignored
