Outstanding Customer Service
I was very disappointed to see only one employee in the entire place was wearing a mask. Wearing masks protects others. Even salespeople were sitting across from buyers without masks although the customers were wearing them. My service rep wore gloves when he opened my car door, but a mask is more important than gloves. Please do more to protect your customers.

With regard to the upgrade, as I responded the other day to the emailed offer. I am happy to upgrade ONLY if I am guaranteed the same 2nd row flat bench seat I currently Have, the same or better trim level, the same window tinting, and ALL of the additional/extended warranties, service plans, road hazard coverage, and other add-ons currently in place on my 2018 will be added to the new car at the price I’ve been quoted via email and several communiques received via USPS. If not, I’m not interested.

I shouldn’t have needed to come in a second time for a routine oil change. Plain and simple any rapid lube, meinke, or other oil change places that I have been to in the past haven’t screwed up something as simple as attaching an oil filter properly.
