I will be returning to Longo Toyota in the future to purchase a tonneau cover for my pickup and I know exactly who to go to. Another very knowledgeable sales representative is David Araujo, he knows his job and performs it very well.

David was very professional dealing with me. He immediately offered to help me when I needed another key for my vehicle. He went up and above to see that the key was cut and programmed timely. My remote ring was also messed up and he went ahead and ordered something from Amazon to cover it for me and told me that he will call me when received - that’s what I call loyalty to a job. He is a keeper to the team.

No complaints with the service or communication from David. I’m happy with the vehicle except that I noticed a strong fuel odor inside the truck when it was returned. I thought the mechanic who dropped it off must have spilled gas on his clothing and the fuel smell would evaporate quickly. Four hours later the fuel smell was still noticeable and I suspect that there was a spill inside the car. Everything else appears normal and works correctly. There should not be leak or severed fuel line from the service I had. I’m hoping that the fuel evaporates overnight and that there are no more issues.
David is the ultimate professional and very kind. He made my service visit smooth and convenient. I am thankful to him for getting me in and out quickly and for having a nice, spacious area to wait. Many thanks!
Checked vehicle in to inspect an air leak in a tire. After 2.5 hours with appointment no leak was found and tire is still leaking. Found 3 gouges in the paint.
