We were very happy with David and how he interacted with us. We were not at all happy about a one-hour key cutting & programming appointment turning into a 3-hour wait. A loaner car or an offer to cover the entire $55 cost of cutting and programming of the new key would have shown that you truly cared about customer service. We have just moved to the area and are not sure we will be back to your dealership after this experience.

Weston was extremely professional. I detest the car buying experience as well as service hassle.
