Doug was Amazing!! He kept me completely informed on what was going on with my car. My Toyota has been a beast for the 16yrs I have owned it and this was the first time it had major work done on it and Longo Toyota, the mechanic and Doug were all Amazing!! I am so appreciative of their work and communication.

He was fine it’s just the people at this dealership do little as possible to help and inform me. My car has lots of technology that I was unaware of. No one took the time to explain to me all that the bells and whistle’s that are needed to operate this vehicle. Weston took the time to explain some of the things that I was not told about after I purchased the car on the 17th of September 2021. He helped me with connecting my CD player to the car, he offered to help in the future. I could not think of everything that day. Except for him and a few others I am not happy with how I was treated by the sales to the insurance lady.

This was quite possibly the worst service experience I have ever had! When I explained that I believe that and hour and a half to tint two windows was a little over fluffed, I was openly mocked by the service advisor while I was sitting just behind him. After 45 minutes of waiting I was told that the window tinter didn’t even show up to work that day. This was the second time we took the Tacoma in for the tint that was owed to us, and both times were a complete s*** show. After this experience I just want the $444 the sales department owes me and I will find another Toyota dealer to use in the future. There was plenty more that went on with this service appointment, just don’t know that it does any good to share.

Weston was very nice and professional. He called me back when he said he would, and checked to be sure you had a new gas cap in stock before he assured me my 4Runner would be finished this afternoon. And it was! Longo has treated me and my car great the times I've needed them, so I keep coming back.

I would add to go over the itemized list of charges for all work that has been done on vehicle before customer pays for services, to make sure that customer fully understands what he/her is paying for. The print outs of services rendered to car are not user friendly, thank you.

When I got to my car the cabin air filter was laying on the floor space along with my glove box. Kenneth came and fixed it for me. When I started driving the car home, my car sounded like a sports car. It's a RAV4. I drove home, told my husband about the noise and he opened the hood. The engine air filter box was not attached! This is the second time small mistakes happened. One time my hood wasn't closed all the way. I called Kenneth about it. Lastly, whoever was in my car, scratched the faux steering wheel this time and now I can feel a cut at the bottom area when holding my hands there. It's unfortunate these little things keep happening. Your are close to home but I need a reliable place to take my car in for service.
