We recently moved to a new town and took our cars into their location for service. It was a zoo! We decided to go back to Longo Toyota because their customer service is the best. As a woman, I’m treated fairly and we are never oversold on a service we don’t need. The staff call us to inform us about recall notices and inform us that our cars are due for service. Doug is very good at his job and has excellent customer service skills; he always puts the customer first. The facility is always clean and comfortable. They really thought about their customers when they set up this location. Thank you, Longo Toyota of Prosper for demonstrating excellent customer service in the automotive service industry!

This was one of the first times I’ve actually had a decent experience when taking my car in for service. Amazing customer experience skills, and extremely accommodating, even when I forgot to make an appointment. Will be coming back in the next few weeks for a tire change.
