Since My Avalon does not have automatic seat adjustments and steering wheel adjustments like most luxury cars I wish the service team would not move my seat or steering wheel or at least try to get ithen back to where they were.

I am still waiting for my Safety Recall appointment. In my first attempt to schedule I never received a call back as promised. On my second attempt, Doug told me I’d hear back in a couple days - after the part arrived. I wonder why I can’t just get a confirmed date and time so I can plan.
