Thank for the great service, I was greeted by several associates while I took a look around the lot at a few vehicles. One thing I would mention is that I wasn’t impressed with receiving my car back wet after the wash, if drying isn’t part of the service why even offer a wash? Kind of like getting a free room temperature beer at a bar.

The wait for service was much less than I expected. My car was quickly taken to the service area when I arrived for my appointment. The service rep was very cordial throughout. My 2004 Tacoma is in great condition at 143k miles because of quality scheduled Toyota maintenance. I appreciate it. Thanks.
