Overall had a great experience with the staff at Longo Toyota! Service advisor Kenneth James and Tracy at the rental desk , Took great care of me and get me down the road in timely manner. The factory recall on my vehicle was repairs the same day . I have read the book The Toyota Way and they are a great example!!
