This was my first service with Toyota. I appreciate the free oil change, tire rotation and inspections, etc. I was however, a little disappointed with the complimentary car wash. Several spots were not covered by your car wash machine so it looks like I did a jacked up job washing my car. It looks off. I’m going to wash it again to get it uniform but as I told Weston, I was a little disappointed with Toyota being my first experience and it makes me wonder if standards in other areas are similar. I know it’s just a car wash but why have it if it’s not so good.

Thank you so much! Weston was AMAZING! I have health concerns due to Covid and Weston took amazing care of me. My only concern which is not Westons issue is the delay in getting my car pulled in until after 8AM Aldo the tech was AWESOME also. I will be back for sure.

Weston really took care of me. He was kind, professional and went the extra mile to check on my headlight which had something stuck in it. He called and gave me an update and they were able to take care of my issue and in turn relieve some stress. Thank you, Weston!!!
