Doug is great. Always feel like I am working with a friend. He has been taking care of us and our cars for years. When he move we followed him to Longo. I trust him to deal with me honestly and fairly. You are lucky to have him on your team.

Would have been interested in purchasing new air filters for the car if it was offered. Up sale should have been a consideration when asking the customer. Even though the filters were not needed. Also, I had brought up the odor in my car once the AC was on and it wasn’t never addressed. I assume it could have been the filters that needed to be replaced.

We just moved to the Frisco area. Friday was our 2nd service at Longo. Both services were appointments. Why have an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation that’s going take 1-1/2+ hours!
